Stuart is an urban designer with over 25 years' experience, working with landowners, developers and local authorities. A Recognised Practitioner of the Urban Design Group, he also serves on the Bournemouth Design Panel and Southampton Design Advisory Panel.

With a focus on shaping places through clear and engaging design narratives, Stuart combines vision-led strategies with a deep understanding of planning policy, urban form and placemaking principles. He has a particular passion for using visual storytelling to build support and communicate ideas with clarity and impact.

Christian brings over 35 years' experience in architecture and design, including his role as Head of Residential Design at the UK's only publicly listed architecture and design practice. His career spans headquarters offices, bespoke industrial buildings, retail, hospitality, education, luxury homes, housing, and large-scale masterplanning.

He sits on the Southampton Design Review Panel, has been a judge for the International Property Awards for 18 years and has twice been a guest judge for the annual Romanian Property Awards.

India is a Senior Urban Designer who worked alongside Stuart and Christian for several years before formally joining the practice. A highly capable designer, she brings the thoughtful detail that turns vision into reality.

Her experience spans residential-led and mixed-use projects — from small developments to large housing layouts — across both early feasibility and detailed design stages.
