The illustrative masterplan and set of parameter plans establish clear placemaking principles, prioritising walkability, green space, and community cohesion. A generous central park, community orchard, and strong walking and cycling connections form the framework for development. Landscape-led design responds sensitively to the rural edge and flood risk, while a clear street hierarchy, key vistas, and defined character areas provide a robust structure for a distinctive, locally rooted place that can be confidently taken forward at later stages.
