We developed a concept design for a new residential community of around 220 homes to support Richboroughs' strategic land option bid. The proposals set out a clear and legible framework that balances the delivery of new homes with a distinctive, nature-rich landscape, presenting the site as a sustainable, credible opportunity for long-term growth. A network of community woodland, an orchard and interconnected green spaces is seamlessly integrated with SuDS, meadows and dedicated wildlife areas, enhancing habitat value and enabling ambitious biodiversity net gain outcomes. The clarity and strength of the design vision were instrumental in successfully securing the land option.
