North Ashchurch Garden Communities

On the edge of historic Tewkesbury, two new garden communities will deliver 2,800 high-quality homes supported by vibrant local centres, outstanding schools, and a strong green and blue infrastructure network. A new country park and connected open spaces create a healthy, walkable environment where landscape, wellbeing, and community life shape the design. Working with Richards Urban Design, we prepared the Framework Masterplan, Design and Access Statement, and Strategic Design Code, providing clear, robust design principles that secure long-term quality and certainty. The result is a bold yet deliverable vision that reinterprets Garden City principles for sustainable, resilient places.
