We prepared a concept design for a new residential community of around 500 homes to support Richborough's bid for a strategic land option. The proposal establishes a clear, legible framework that balances housing delivery with a distinctive, nature-rich setting, positioning the site as a sustainable and deliverable opportunity for long-term growth. Community woodland, an orchard, and connected green spaces are integrated with SuDS, meadows, and dedicated wildlife areas to enhance habitat value and achieve ambitious biodiversity net gain targets. The strength and clarity of the design vision played a key role in successfully securing the land option.
