Heron Country Club

A concept masterplan to explore the employment potential of land associated with Heron Country Club golf course. The scheme identifies capacity for around 111,500 sqm of new employment floorspace, including B8 storage and distribution and E(g)(i) office uses, supported by new access, parking, and landscape infrastructure. Developed to underpin a strategic land option, the masterplan demonstrates a clear, deliverable framework for significant employment growth and played a key role in helping Richborough secure the land option.
